Sierra Estate Management Company Limited (SEMCo) is a company incorporated and registered in Sierra Leone pursuant to the Companies Act, Act No. 5 of 2009 (as amended) to, inter alia, undertake the business of housing and real estate investment and development;
Sierra Estate Management Company Limited (SEMCo) was established by National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to manage its (NASSIT’s) real estate properties and has authorized Sierra Estate Management Company Limited (SEMCo) to, inter alia, fully manage the said Property, including the authority to lease out the said Property or portions thereof, to enter into agreements for same, collection of rents, maintenance, etc., and has acquiesced to Sierra Estate Management Company Limited (SEMCo) exercising such powers, rights and authority.
